How it works

A site is a token, a launch wallet, an AI foreman and a web address, wired so that trading keeps it building.

IN DEVELOPMENTThis is how Foreman will work. Today the site runs on demo coins and pretend SOL; real launches, the AI builder, fee claims and the treasury aren't built yet. The $DROP plinko board is playable now on demo SOL.

Launching

  1. Connect a wallet. Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. It's who you are here, and where any creator cut is paid. It signs one plain payment and nothing else.
  2. Name the token and add a picture, the same as any pump.fun launch.
  3. Write the brief. What to build, who it's for, what done looks like. Pick a crew: Crew needs no GPU and covers most apps, games, sites and bots.
  4. Fund the launch wallet. Foreman makes a wallet for your token and shows the total: the first budget, a small platform fee and the network cost of creating the token. Pay from your wallet or send from anywhere.
  5. It launches. When the deposit lands, the token is created on pump.fun, with your dev buy if you set one, and the foreman starts on v1.

Building

The foreman reads the brief, turns it into a plan, writes the code, tests it and ships it to the site's own address. Every step goes in the build log on the coin page as it happens.

Each ship is a version, numbered in order. When holders post ideas, the top-voted ones become the up-next list for the next version and the foreman works through them in order. If a version breaks something, holders can vote to roll back to the one before.

The Crew tier runs the AI builder on Foreman's own machines. Heavy and Tower give the site its own GPU for briefs that need real hardware: models, rendering, heavy bots.

Running on fees

pump.fun pays creator fees on every trade. The site's launch wallet is the token's creator, so it claims those fees on a timer. Each claim is split:

85%stays with the site as budget
15%goes to the Foreman treasury
Creator cutIf the launcher set one, 0–10% of the site's share is paid to their wallet on every claim.
Copy royaltyA site copied from another pays 5% of its share to the original.

The budget pays for versions and uptime. When it runs out, the foreman finishes the version it's on and the site goes on hold. The live app stays up. Anyone can top up in SOL, or boost one idea, and the foreman gets back to work.

$FOREMAN

$FOREMAN is Foreman's coin. The planned treasury has one job: once launches open, buy $FOREMAN on a fixed timer and burn part of what it buys, and show every buyback on the home page. None of that runs yet, and nothing is bought back until it does.

$FOREMAN's contract address goes on the home page the day it exists, and nowhere before. Any other address is not ours.
