How a drop works
Each peg is a fair 50/50, decided by your browser's cryptographic random numbers the moment you drop. The ball's whole path is set then; the animation follows it with real bounce physics.
That makes each bucket's chance exact: the number of paths that end there, out of every possible path. On 16 rows there are 65,536 paths, and one of them ends in each corner.
Every risk level is tuned to return about 98% of what's bet over many drops, so the board takes about 2% on average. The figure for your settings is above the table.
